Refund policy

No exchanges or returns will be accepted without prior approval from Kyoto Natural Stones, or after 14 days from original date of delivery. Please e-mail us at info@kyotonaturalstones.com to arrange a return.

Damaged stones or stones with stamps erased will not be eligible for returns. If upon return, items are found to be damaged, they will not be accepted or credited.

Please send all items for return via courier - insured and tracked. In the case of returns of non-defective items, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost incurred.

Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our return policy.

There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
