Shipping policy

Kyoto Natural Stones gladly accepts orders from outside Hong Kong.

We ship with EMS via the Hong Kong Post by default. We are also able to utilize other couriers. Please send us an email to discuss other shipping options.

You can generally expect your package to arrive within 1-2 weeks, unless there are significant delays. However, the exact delivery time depends on shipping method and destination.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped every Saturday. If shipping is delayed, we will notify you by email.

Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary during public holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter. Although we cannot guarantee the delivery times, we do our best to process every order as soon as we receive them.
